CSA Supervisor – Data Centre – Finland

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor join our team. This position will be based on-site in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

•    Oversee CSA Works – Supervise daily civil, structural and architectural activities, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications on a fast-paced data centre project.
•    Coordinate Trades & Subcontractors – Manage subcontractor teams on site, driving progress, resolving interface issues, and maintaining smooth collaboration between disciplines (CSA, MEP, fit-out).
•    Monitor Safety & Compliance – Champion a strong health & safety culture, enforcing company procedures and Finnish construction regulations across all CSA activities.
•    Programme & Progress Control – Track and report on schedule performance, ensuring critical milestones are achieved, flagging risks, and supporting the project manager in recovery planning where needed.
•    Quality Assurance & Documentation – Conduct inspections, verify materials, maintain records, and ensure works comply with ISO standards, client specifications, and data centre quality benchmarks.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Must have 3+ years previous experience in a similar role on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Finland

Benefits

€70,000-€75,000 + Full Rotational Package
